Privacy Policy and Cookies

This Privacy Policy describes how we store and access data on Users’ devices when they use the Service for the provision of electronic services by the Administrator, and how we collect and process personal data.

§ 1 Definitions

  • Service – the website operating at filmzeventu.pl
  • External service – websites of partners, contractors or clients cooperating with the Administrator (e.g. Google Analytics, YouTube).
  • Administrator – the company operating the EventFilm service, providing electronic services, storing and accessing information on Users’ devices. Contact: michal.kepinski@mailplus.pl
  • User – a natural person for whom the Administrator provides electronic services via the Service.
  • Device – an electronic device with software through which the User accesses the Service.
  • Cookies – text data collected in the form of files placed on the User’s Device.

§ 2 Personal Data (GDPR)

1. Data Controller: The controller of your personal data is the owner of the filmzeventu.pl service.

2. Purposes of processing:
– Handling enquiries sent via the contact form or e-mail (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest).
– Performance of ordered services (contract).
– Statistics and analysis of traffic on the service.

3. Retention period: Data will be processed for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose (e.g. to respond to an enquiry), and thereafter for the period required by law or until any claims become time-barred.

4. Your rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and to data portability.

§ 3 Cookies

1. The Service uses cookies to:
– Adapt the content of the Service to the User’s preferences.
– Produce statistics to understand how Users use the Service (e.g. Google Analytics).
– Embed multimedia content (e.g. YouTube videos).

2. You can change your cookie settings at any time in your browser. Details on how to manage cookies are available in your browser settings.

§ 4 External Services

The Administrator works with external services that may place Cookies on the User’s Device:
– Google/YouTube (analytics, video playback).
